We’re renovating and upgrading our facilities inside and out. We’ve invested in advanced computer technology to provide electronic health records and to ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications. And we’re expanding our rehab facilities. Best of all, we’ve improved our quality of care. From transitional rehabilitation to long-term care, you’ll find a whole new attitude at Oakmont – one that is warm, friendly, respectful and, above all, caring.
